Google Maps Javascript API V3 Events

1. UI Event
  ex. 'click', 'dbclick', 'mouseup', 'mousedown', 'mouseover', 'mouseout'

2. MVC State Changes
 - object의 속성이 바뀐경우 API가 이벤트를 날려준다.
   API가 'zoom_changed' 이벤트를 날려주면 맵의 줌레벨을 수정해주게 된다.
   Event 이름인 addListener() event handler를 등록.

3. Map Events
